Course 1: Real Estate Essentials
Duration 40 days
This course introduces you to the fundamentals of the real estate profession in Ontario. You'll explore key industry concepts, the structure of property ownership, land descriptions, and the land registration process. It also provides a foundational understanding of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act (REBBA), as well as other key legislation and regulations that govern real estate practices in the province.

Course 2: Residential Real Estate Transactions
Duration 40 days
This course takes a deep dive into the end-to-end process of buying and selling residential real estate. You’ll learn how to work with sellers and buyers, understand different property types, navigate planning and zoning, and explain structural and mechanical components of a home. The course also focuses on marketing, pricing, and showing properties, along with writing, negotiating, and finalizing residential purchase agreements and required documents.

Course 3: Additional Residential Real Estate Transactions
Duration 40 days
Focusing on more complex residential scenarios, this course prepares learners to navigate specialized transaction types. Key topics include the sale and lease of condominiums, new builds, rural and multi-unit residential properties, and residential tenancies. Students will gain practical knowledge in completing purchase and lease agreements tailored to these unique property types, while also exploring the legal and regulatory nuances that distinguish them from standard residential sales.

Course 4: Commercial Real Estate Transactions
Duration 40 days
This course prepares you for commercial real estate dealings, from office buildings and retail spaces to industrial properties and development land. You’ll explore commercial construction, identify buyer and tenant 2 requirements, and learn how to list, market, and show various types of commercial properties. The course also covers commercial leases, business sales, and the preparation and execution of commercial purchase and lease agreements
