Course 2: Residential Real Estate Transactions

 Prerequisite: Exam 1 (Invigilated Theory Exam)

Dive into the end-to-end process of residential transactions. You’ll learn how to work with buyers and sellers, understand property types, navigate planning and zoning, explain structural and mechanical components of a home, and complete residential purchase agreements. The course also covers marketing, pricing, showing properties, writing offers, negotiating, and finalizing deals.

Course 4: Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Duration: 40 days

Prerequisite: Simulation 1 (Residential Real Estate Transactions)

Prepare for commercial real estate dealings including office, retail, industrial properties, development land, and business sales. This course covers commercial construction, identifying buyer and tenant requirements, listing and marketing commercial properties, and completing both purchase and lease agreements for a variety of commercial scenarios.
